I had the WAN-dropout, on my RT-AC68U, at semi-regular interval, starting suddenly after months of high, stable performance. Running wireless mode only. My problem was gone after installing the latest non-beta firmware, a coupe of days ago. BUT, I needed to press the reset button for 10 seconds...
