What I notice about this particular topic is that it has to do with the order in which I turn the two computers ON. That is:

As mentioned before,
- Airtime Fairness for the 2.4Ghz band is OFF (the option is not available for the 5GHz band in the main AC-RT87U router)
- AP isolation is OFF for both bands in the AC-RT87U main router
- The AC-RT66U which I use as a media bridge in the media...
Concerning Airtime fairness, I just checked, it is disabled (seems to be the default setting, since I do not remember touching it).
Anyway, it's worth mentioning: all routers on default settings, all with latest ASUS firmware (no Merlin yet....)

- Do you mean to wire the printer to the media bridge of the docked laptop?, or to the main router?
- by disable Airtime Fairness, you mean to disable it in the main router?
The RT-AC66U media bridge (the one with AV gear) is switched off...
