    Bug? Asus RT-AC86U running 386.2.6 - Total loss of 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi after some days

    Your issue sounds like what happend to my first 88u my 5ghz band stoped showing up no matter what i did tried ddwrt,merlin and stock frirmware none could get it to work i contacted asus and they issueds me a rma and week or 2 they sent me a new router.

    Asus AC66U port forwarding issue

    confused in your screen shot your doing 10001 to 8082 you need one for 8082 and one for 5055 i think thats what your asking. If you wanna do a range you would do 8082:8084 under port ranges then leave the local port blank least thats how i understood it when i read asus faq.

    RT-AC88U

    Has anyone tested Merlins firmware or ddwrt on a6 version of the ac88u router ? i just got mine back from rma sent a brand new one has been rock solid so far on stock firmware.

    Brand new AC88u 2.4Ghz not working

    I sent back my router that the 5ghz band wouldnt show up and randomly rebooted and got a brand new a6 model also seems to be working right now, kinda scared to try ddwrt or merlin firmware on it as its working.

    yes i have tells me its not in recovery mode. I orderd a serial cable to maybe try to fix it thru that route.

    Ok heres my problem i tried flashing newer firmware to the router and it even showed up it was working but passwords were not working when i set them so i reset it and now all i get is a solid power light. Cant ping or get it to do anything else at all tried 30-30-30 tried holding wps only...
