Wouldn't using integrated Ethernet port on Mobo for WAN and then attaching just one NIC for LAN be much easier and efficient ? -

Running out of PCIe Slots
I have tried to find a tutorial on setting up VLANs and couldn't find much on YouTube. Plus setting up VLANs looks complicated. What's the difference between having a wireless card vs actual AP except of course the size of the devices itselfes ? So, would setting up a separate VLAN for LAN...- BarQ

To squeeze the best results in terms of speeds, it's good idea to get a supported hardware. In general, VPN takes away ~40% to 30% of your speed away so I'm aware of that fact. -

Thanks for the links, I will take a look at them. Tho, I just have one question regarding pfBlockerNG, could that tool conflict with a DNS service which blocks various malicious or spam websites ? I'm asking since pfBlockerNG is using DNS Black listing which will probably conflicts with the DNS... -

Wow, that's pretty cool ! I even didn't knew you could do it on the router level . What do you mean by client using WAN ? I'm a bit confused here, you mean that the client doesn't go through VPN connection if they use WAN ? I think there wouldn't be any connection to a device if they didn't... -

Does that means you can use one VPN Account and set it to different countries and then route a specific network device to a choice of the country instead of routing every device via one country ? You mean, no port forwarding ? Doesn't having any type of server on LAN expose it to a VPN Provider... -

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't VLAN deployed for network separation to prevent one computer infecting others e.g viruses/malware/ransomware etc over in the same network ? The only option is to buy it on Ebay and get it shipped from US to my region. In this case, I don't really trust Ebay in... -
