RT-AC66U Firmware upgrade fails

My router is stuck on FW V 3.0.0.4.376_3754 It always tells me to upgrade, and when i do all seems to go fine, new FW is downloaded, and it reboots, but is then back to 3.0.0.4.376_3754. Any thoughts? Rgrd Bengt
