    I will look into it, not sure what can I do since I never tried to configure anything in the modem. Maybe ask for a replacement? or could it be just a configuration problem? EDIT: It's a netgear CG3100D, I can access the configuration panel of the moden via 192.168.100.1 Thanks a lot RMerlin :=)
