Wireguard Server Allow DNS Setting?

With "Allow DNS" enabled and with my clients connecting remotely over Wireguard, they appear to not use the internal DNS servers that non-VPN'd clients use. This is resulting in my local pihole not being used by remote Wireguard clients which is a pity, and I don't see any method to configure...
