RT-AC3200 asuswrt-merlin 384.13_10 I've been trying to get it to work for months.

I have created a let's encrypt certificate using the WAN DDNS panel, but it never goes active. When I use http://iplookup.asus.com/nslookup.php to lookup the ip address, it is successful. I can't get any help at let's encrypt. screenshot attached.
