I used to have problems with router performance while uidivstats did trimdb on my semihuge database, we had some discussions here and got rid of the issue after some testing. I don't really remember the details from that episode, but now I've noticed some performance struggles for my router...

Are there some other recommended practices to avoid issues with trimdb holding up the router for a long time? I see that the oldest records in my db does not seem to match the setting for how many days to be kept (30 days vs Sep 3), what could be the reason for this?

I've been using a fast SSD all this time. Or am I possibly missing something in my setup that makes me not use it for uiDivStats?

There seems to a problem with uidivstats trimdb (set to run at 00:01 every night by default) severely disrupting the router for a long time (consistently around one hour for me) for some users. Sad to report there was no improvement after updating to v4.0.2.

I just noted that there is a brand new v4.0.2 version of uiDivStats, now updated to that version and retrying trimdb.

I made the switch and it is a noticeable improvement. Application response times are much "snappier" now and I can have uidivstats running with no performance/stability issues. Temperatures are a tiny bit lower (with more things running). Thanks for your advice!

I see what you are saying there. I have a spare 128GB SSD with USB connection. I will try that and see if things are smoother than they are already, and maybe if I can put uidivstats back on. I think there is only the swap file on the USB stick at the moment. Guess a migrations procedure could...
