These fixed my issue. I was having BSOD when trying to get local Hyper-V VMs to work with network internet access. I'm on Windows10 and was going through various ASUS provided drivers with no luck. I went back to latest from Asus (UT_PCE_AC68_2114) and was resigned to go buy a new network...
