Update: I ended up flashing the router with Kong's DD-WRT to force 1000mbps. This didn't do anything, and refused to talk to the cable modem. For the hell of it, I had a 30ft cat5e cable laying around that I swapped in and voila, it negotiated 1gbps. Ok -- So I thought the issue was my cat6... -
