ProCurve 1410-16G and 802.3ad LACP woes

I picked up an HP 1410-16G 16 port ProCurve switch with advertised 802.3ad LACP support but I can't get my adapters to sync up and am wondering if I'm overlooking something. Three devices are trying to partake in my 2gbps goal: -My ReadyNAS Pro Business set to 802.3ad says its working fine...
