    Motorola looked at my connection screenshots and told me to do a factory reset, which I did, and had the ISP to provision the modem. No change. ISP is sending a tech to check the wiring from the tap to the house.

    I was using 5e cables thinking that would help. So upgrade cat 7 Something I have noticed: I use chrome as the browser to test. When in incognito, I get 330-345 mbps, the way it was before changing modems. Same thing when using xfinity business speed test. Slow speeds only show in chrome, IE...

    I have a asus ac1700 My ISP told me I needed to upgrade my modem. It was a netgear cm500. My new modem is a Motorola mb8600. My subscription is 300 mbps. With the old modem and asus router I was getting a average of 340-350 mbps. That's using the ISP speedtest. With the new modem I have lost...
