    see photo. I have this opening in 3 upstairs bedrooms. Each room also has a coax outlet. i think its just one cable run from outlet to outlet. I would have to go look in the attice to be sure. i do not beleive it is connected or travels to the main floor or basement. looks like a quick fix...
