Best option for CenturyLink Gigabit fiber

Older post, but I'm running into the same headache with CenturyLink Gigabit Fiber and an Eero with the C3000z that was given to me. Right now I'm setup with a double NAT just to get traffic flowing, but need to get rid of the C3000z and swap with something like the EdgeRouter x, etc... That...
