    I tried it without b, c, and d the first time. Although the primary found the node initially (completed the 0-100% configuration), it never found it again and the node misbehaved. So I reset it and forced the firmware upgrade (b, c, d) then it all feel into place perfectly. So far...

    To clarify, it doesn't require a reset of the primary AiMesh router when adding a new node. Obviously resetting a new node isn't an issue. But yes, you're probably right, there will ALWAYS be a reset in my future! ps. I clarified my response above.
