Thanks a lot, from what I understand from that post UBIFS is used for that partition instead of JFFS2. Factory reset to default with initialize option would still “wipe“ the jffs user scripts and custom config files (right?).
I’ve notice in the github source that for some router models (such as my GT-AX6000) the format jffs partition option is disabled in the gui. Why is that? Any other method available to format this partition? (would a reset to factory default settings via gui work?).
