    Hi stevech .i unhooked the two ethernet cable from the back went away came back and the unit wasn't frozen anymore could cycle throught the pages on the display.it had fully booted up.i tapped the power button and it went into shutdown mode.i have now rebooted it ,connected it to my pc direct...

    I'll go and do this right now . I don't know about (ddns) service.i would have to come back to you with that one.the pc connects to the internet no probs. I have set the router up with static ip's for all devices.they all connect fine.thanks for advising me.ill be back later with my findings :

    Hi stevech thanks for coming back to me.i power down the naz last night and it froze when it restarted .the screen is not shuffling through just sitting stagnant .i didn't want just pull the plug .with what I read in an article on here last night ...

    Hi could somone help me here. I have one of these units and I had to change my router the other day .i have static ip's for the devices on my network .but have noticed that even though the router is saying the the Iomega is connected .when I type the address into the browser I'm getting not...

    Hi everyone newby so be nice.im looking to chat about the Iomega ix4-200d Myrouter gave up the other day so setting up a new one same model .setup all my devices to static ip's .the router can see the Iomega and says it's connected but when I ping it I get a reply saying pinging 192.168.1...
