    2.4GHz performance with Macs

    Just give the 5GHz band a different SSID then delete the 2.4 GHz profile from your computer so that it doesn't connect to it.

    Have you reset the router back to factory default? If not I would give that a shot.

    RT AC66U Merlin randomly forgetting settings

    I have learned not to use Firefox to configure the router with the newest firmware. I'm guessing that some of the scripts are not completely compatible with Firefox and IE doesn't have the problem. FYI... I install a lot of these so I see the problem more than most others.

    Scheduling rebooting??

    Love this firmware and I put it on all the ASUS routers that I support. Wish the scheduled reboot scripts would survive the firmware updates. Not a big deal for just one router but when you have a lot of them it becomes time consuming to rebuild the scripts. Keep up the great work!
