    So I was able to get the policy rules based VPN running using Express VPN. They use port 1195 and my speeds are only 11mbps. I have tried using the suggested setting for "Auth Digest 256" but I do not connect to the client server unless I use Sha 512. Am I doing something wrong or is it Express...
