Just installed the My Cloud Home 4TB ... very nice. Plex server is now included and works great ... no more requirement to open up the MacBook and open Plex to function as the server. Video files & Plex are all on the same NAS ... works sweet!

Same here ... no disconnects since I've had orbi with close to 30 devices. Multiple Apple iPads, iPhones, Macbooks, Chromebooks, Streaming devices ... rock solid far reaching. It simply works.

Simply awesome ... and I've tried luma, eero, linksys velop & Google wifi. orbi just blasts powerful wifi throughout a 4800 sq. ft. house!

Newbie when it comes to NAS. But wouldn't this be a good choice for storing iTunes media for streaming to an Apple TV? MacBook storage is small.

Agree regarding orbi. In terms of mesh & extended coverage, as I scan reddit's sites for eero, google wifi, etc., most of the home sizes do not really appear to need the coverage that mesh extends. Plus there is something to be said of simplicity in providing solid coverage with 1 orbi router...
