    CakeQOS CakeQoS Gaming issue

If you rename the wireshark.exe file to something else (e.g. WS.exe) you can run wireshark with CoD. I did this to confirm that the in game packets are sent with destination port 3074.

AC86U: Dual WAN Routing Rules - Trying to set *only* one device to use secondary WAN

I don't think the rules to route traffic from the internet to the internal subnets are required. All connections will be created 'outbound' and any replies will automatically arrive via the WAN that sent the outbound packets.

AC86U: Dual WAN Routing Rules - Trying to set *only* one device to use secondary WAN

My secondary broadband was enabled today. No combination/ordering of these rules would route 192.168.0.50's traffic via the Secondary WAN. First rule 192.168.0.50-all-Secondary WAN Second rule 192.168.0.0/24-all-Primary WAN I have changed the DHCP scope to 192.168.0.0/25 and given my gaming...

Diversion Diversion | Android + WiFi | Ads being served on some websites - e.g. Daily Mail

Data-Master hasn't been updated in over a year. I added 8.8.4.4 to the Skynet ban list and have re-enabled 'secure DNS' on my android device. Adverts are still being blocked. My router is configured with upstream DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) and everything appears to be working correctly...

Diversion Diversion Youtube adblocker is not not blocking ads.

Diversion is reporting 230 YT rules, but I'm still seeing adverts. I guess it is labelled as an experimental feature and will hopefully work in the future.

Diversion Diversion | Android + WiFi | Ads being served on some websites - e.g. Daily Mail

I installed Diversion yesterday and have successfully tested the adblocking on multiple sites. Everything seems to be working well on my desktop PC, but my Android phone is still displaying adverts on some websites. I loaded up the Daily Mail because I know how many advertising/tracking scripts...

Diversion Diversion Youtube adblocker is not not blocking ads.

I've successfully installed Diversion and it is blocking adverts. I have a Chrome instance running with 30+ tabs playing YouTube videos. Diversion has created a list of '161 YT'. I'm happy to let that run all day and night (I am currently performing a 1TB+ cloud backup, so my PC is currently on...

Skynet Gaming | Call of Duty | Geofilter possible?

Some Netgear routers use DumaOS and have the option of applying a geofilter to ensure you only connect to game servers in certain geographical areas. This can help achieve a low and stable ping. Could Skynet be used to achieve the same thing?

AC86U: Dual WAN Routing Rules - Trying to set *only* one device to use secondary WAN

Thanks. I'll try that as my initial configuration then.

AC86U: Dual WAN Routing Rules - Trying to set *only* one device to use secondary WAN

I thought the software was Linux based and the bottom most rule takes precedence over the upper rules? http://www.snbforums.com/threads/flexqos-1-0-flexible-qos-enhancement-script-for-adaptive-qos.64882/post-640024

RT-AX88U | Dual WAN | Route single device via specific connection | Virgin (modem mode) and BT Openreach modem

Any idea if it will work? What ratio should I enter in the 'Load Balance Configuration' fields?

RT-AX88U | Dual WAN | Route single device via specific connection | Virgin (modem mode) and BT Openreach modem

Hi, I have a very poor Virgin Media connection. The bandwidth is fantastic, but the latency is erratic and has peaked at 1000ms. I've placed an order with gamingbroadband.com* to have my BT line reconnected and I would like to use that as a dedicated gaming connection. It's a 30 day rolling...

    CakeQOS Cake-qos & RT-AX88U

Hi, I'd like to apologise for wasting everybody's time. It turns out that the problems I've been experiencing have been due to Virgin congestion. I enabled an external ping to my home router and the connection is abysmal - it has peaked at 1000ms and is only usable for gaming from midnight...
