    I don't think you understood my issue correctly. I know my upload is 30mbps and my download is 190mbps. When QOS is off I get full speed while doing a speedtest. When Adaptive QOS is enabled I get full download speeds, but my upload is limited to about 3.4 mbps no matter which category is set...
