    Your isp dhcp is not functioning properly

    This what worked for me. It is a MAC binding problem. Power cycle the modem (not router): switch off for 10 minutes, then power on. Only have 1 device eg IP phone connected to the modem. If IP phone connects properly, then it's ASUS problem. Switch on router and clone MAC address of that device...

    Aicloud smart access not work

    Port 443 is often blocked by many internet service providers for security reasons as the default option. This would explain the ability to connect via LAN (local network) but not WAN (internet). Log into your ISP account and attempt to change the port blocking or contact your ISP via phone.

    Thanks for the reply. It also fails to work when assessing files through https://xxxxxx.asuscomm.com/ when using new firmware.

    AiCloud The firmware upgrade provides an enhanced interface but AiCloud ceases to function. To use AiCloud will need to revert to previous firmware 3.0.0.4.374.5656
