Ok. Then let me rephrase that....in the previous firmware update simply enabling the WireGuard VPN Server on the AX86U would've halved my ISP bandwidth with NO clients connected. This newer version doesn't have a similar behaviour.
I do get a speed penalty on the clients (Macbook Pro) at higher...
Running the latest 3.0.0.4.388_21709 firmware on my AX86U and getting full speed with Wireguard VPN Server turned on and remote client connected.
I'm guessing they fixed the issue. Can anyone else confirm this.
Configuration:
Desktop Ethernet -> No VPN
Macbook Pro -> WireGuard VPN Client...
Not sure what you mean by that. I'm talking about the WireGuard VPN Server on the router itself. I'm generally using it to connect remotely/securely to my home network.

Enabling WireGuard VPN after updating my AX86U drops down speed to half.

Same issues - running AC68U as an AI Mesh with the latest firmware.
My main router in an AX86U.....reported this issues a few months ago. ASUS can't be bothered it seems....
