Just to let you know that I am also seeing a similar reporting today (was reporting fine yesterday): Therefore, I am suspecting that something was automatically changed/modify last night with unbound.

In my case I have skynet, scribe, uiscribe, connmon, scmeerlin and unbound installed.

Mine is as fast as usual.
