    I have had to be "re-provisioned" several times. I am on my 3rd modem with them in the last 6 months due to constantly having to reboot the modems. Had their wireless gateway for a while, but that was a pile of junk which is why I now have the AC68. Now that I have no TV's or boxes connected...

    Haha I didn't read your full post yet, but you are absolutely right! I have had so many issues after I dropped their cable TV (over $200.00). Canceling the service was a week long event. What a joke.
