PSA: Shibby builds cannot backup and restore configuration

Looks like config backup and restore is broken. I saw the upgrade message on my routers homepage so I backed up my config and performed the upgrade. I went from tomato-K26USB-1.28.RT-MIPSR2-112-AIO to tomato-K26USB-1.28.RT-MIPSR2-115-AIO The config restore did not work! So I flashed...
