I haven't been playing the same games as my son as of late, but NAT seems to be staying open on both consoles as long as I remember to hard reboot the Xbox(s) post any primary router reboot. For whatever reason the UPnP forwards do not set in the router unless the console is hard reboot. Luckily...
I'll post back in a few weeks how things are going with the increased cleaning threshold. I only enabled UPnP specifically for the Xbox console IP addresses so a value > 10 should be highly unlikely (highest I've seen to date is 4).

After an hour or so my UPnP table was cleared on Router1. It appears as though "Cleaning Threshold" must be greater than the number set for it to trigger.
