    In order to check the proper configuration, where are all the settings for dns? I find them: - in dhcp tab - in wan tab Somewhere else?

    thank you bbunge, you are right. I had doh set in broswer even if not knowing. it means that the asus setting "prevent client auto doh" does not work. by the way, now cloudfare resolver is off, but there is still present the m1ns.com resolver, any suggestion? that seems to be due to router...

    TUF ax5400 VS RT-ax82u

    Hello, I am looking to understand which differences are between the tuf ax5400 and the ax82u. On Asus specs I see that ax82u is 2x2 on 2.4ghz, while ax5400 is 4x4. Any difference on chipset? On range? Others? Thank you

    than you Zendilar, but unfortunately the dual wan settings don't allow to configure a PPPoE connection and vlan id. any other suggestion? EDIT: after enabling the dual WAN, a new menu appears, it works!

    hello everybody, can the RT-ac68u firmware be flashed over the DSL-ac68u? I need to use the device as a router only, with wan from ethernet instead of dsl connection.

    it makes sense, I set also the nextdns backup ip. at the end, maybe I found a bug in Merlin dnsfilter, it doesn't work. Firmware Version:386.01_2-gnuton1 dsl-ac68u

    yes, it's always false. what could be the reason why I got two dns shown (one of which is still NextDNS by dhcp) while i set the dnsfilter to Cloudfare? is "Anexia 178.225.153.47" meaning Cloudfare?

    do you mean that Merlin "dns filter" functionality relies on DOT?
