Taking out the m2 is far easier than trying to replace the existing one on your motherboard. MSI is using qualcomm fastconnect 7800 and works on Intel and Amd builds.
It is a cheap option from a reliable supplier.
What *i think* works for me was to disable aiprotection and reflash 386.
CPU i am seeing around <10% jumping around all 4 cores with random peaks up to 30% on a single core
Ram stays around 450-480mb after an hour.
CPU seem more spiky than i remembered...

newer hardware appear to use newer QCN9074 chipset over the original 5054.
If your is B1 and it is also showing RX 3602M, it does seem this hardware change took effect from revision B. Qualcomm have revised their networking pro 1200 webpage to only QCN9074

shout out to AX89X, with newer hardware and firmware revision, it is very stable workhorse albeit with no firmware customisation
SFP+ is cooler thermally than RJ45 in a plus.
Oh it's likely as you turned off your AX89X wireless.
RX = receive rates of your wireless devices (like iphones and laptops), which also means the wireless signal sent out by AX89X
TX = transmit rates of your wireless devices, which also means the wireless received by AX89X

I have those logs which are standard DFS logs. I do not have disconnect problems with an uptime of almost a month since updating the last firmware.
Can you disable the use of smart connect and set the bands manually?
