If I recall correctly on my Merlin-enabled RT-N66U I could configure SNMP under Administration => SNMP. I see no such tab on my freshly configured Merlin-enabled RT-AC86U. I actually really like using SNMP to track the status of everything on my network using PRTG. I hope it's still available...
