modmon modmon - WebUI for monitoring Virgin Hub 3 cable modem stats

Hello, I have the ARRIS SB8200, I found with inspect element it receives information from http://192.168.100.1/cmconnectionstatus.html Upon installing the script it says my modem isn't supported, is there anyway you can help me in getting it to work for my model? Thanks
