    How to disable wireless?

Yes, 380.58 on a Linksys EA6900. Why, is that unusual? I understand now. Under the Professional Tab in Wireless, I have an option to Enable/Disable Radio . I had tried that option but I see that I need to disable it seperately for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands don't I.

    Correct, thanks for clarifying that.

    LT2P/IPSec (IKEv2) Server - Recommend a router?

Again, it MUST be LT2P/IPSec (IKEv2) - I cannot use OpenVPN because it is an app, not an always-on VPN. Please refer to my original post. If I could use OpenVPN then I could use any old router with a VPN server.

    LT2P/IPSec (IKEv2) Server - Recommend a router?

Thanks for the reply. You're sure it uses IKEv2 so I can connect through iOS for always-on VPN without using an app?

AirVPN review: scam all the way

If it was paid on a card through PayPal then you can still request a chargeback through your card issuer.

    LT2P/IPSec (IKEv2) Server - Recommend a router?

I require an always-on VPN connection from my iPhone 6S (iOS 9.3.2) to my LAN. iOS only supports always-on VPN using IKEv2 (the iPhone must be supervised through Apple Configurator). I cannot use OpenVPN because it would allow the client to disconnect and connect directly to the internet. So I...

Does "USB Modem / USB Tethering" replace the WAN port?

Thanks - I hadn't noticed that option in the WAN menu.

Connecting to VPN server using IKEv2 (iOS Always-on VPN)

Yes, I'm running Asuswrt-Merlin on a Linksys EA6900. I thought it might not be possible. Can you recommend another router/firmware that would allow me to connect via IKEv2?

Connecting to VPN server using IKEv2 (iOS Always-on VPN)

OK. So do you know if it's possible to configure IKEv2 on this router/firmware combination?

Does "USB Modem / USB Tethering" replace the WAN port?

As per the title, does "USB Modem / USB Tethering" replace the WAN port? Or can the 2 be used together?

Connecting to VPN server using IKEv2 (iOS Always-on VPN)

That won't give me an always-on VPN connection though will it? It would be possible for the user to disconnect the VPN and for traffic to go straight out on to the internet.

Connecting to VPN server using IKEv2 (iOS Always-on VPN)

I have an EA6900 running 380.58 I see that it is possible to configure it to run an OpenVPN server but I can't see how I can configure it to use IKEv2. I need to use IKEv2 as I require an always-on VPN connection through my iPhone and it is the only supported protocol. If it is possible, can...
