Custom firmware build for R9000/R8900 v. 1.0.4.34HF

Hi, sorry this is my first time using this firmware. Is QoS working as intended? I get "Start QoS failed. Please try again." I've tried enabling it on my R9000 with 4 different browsers with no success. I also did a factory reset as well.
