After 2 days, it's happened again - the Nest Home Hub won't connect. So looks like I'm going to have to do a factory reset or try an older firmware.

I've had a similar issue, although not quite as widespread. Every day or so, 1 device will stop connecting to the internet - it'll still show up as connected in the ASUS Router app/login page (even having an assigned IP address), but the device itself will say it has a network problem, or is not...

Oh, and I think I managed to sort the Roku connection issue out as well. Go into the AiMesh settings Click on the Roku in the client list Switch on ‘MAC and IP Address Binding’ It flips out a bit when it first boots up, but then it connects just fine.

Sorry, yes, should've mentioned - the WiFi has been disabled on the Now TV/Sky router, and the only device connected to it is the ZenWiFi.
