    i got a different router with more ram and seem to be getting better uploads. not sure if it is because of the different brand (trying out Netgear). or if it is because of the more RAM and quad core processor. ram is 2GB. processor is quad core 2.0 Ghz. hope this helps.

    New firmware just came out recently. Have updated to it (for v1.0 hardware). No issues so far (including Ai Mesh). Rebooted twice after firmware update. Make sure you get the v1.0 or v2.0 update based on your hardware. Link to new firmware...

    I have an ET8. It made them better. Still slightly slow but I think it because the router is a little further away. May want to see if Asus released any new firmware (if you haven't already). For the ET8 it took them a year to release a firmware update. Good luck!
