My Time zone is AEST

Apologies, I was away for a bit and just saw this, I still get GMT time stamps, current version is 3.6.1

Love your work, Just one issue with me not sure if its a bug or something else, the timestamps are GMT although my time zone is +10.00. is there anything can be done to fix or is this how it was intended.
