    Just to be clear what I'm asking... the Traffic Monitor reports bandwidth speeds in kilobytes per second (KB/s). Most bandwidth tests are reported in megabits per second (mbps). Most ISPs (at least in the US) sell their service in mbps. For example, if Traffic Monitor reports 4,000 KB/s...
