ASUS router with Sky Q

Hello, I have recently purchased a ASUS RT-AC86U router, My ISP is Virgin with a hub3 that is in modem mode and connected to the ASUS via a ethernet cable. The router is working great on all devices except for my Sky Q boxes, I am able to find the router and connect to it but the connection...
