I had a similar issue, but it was only happening when printing from one of 3 computers. I uninstalled the printer, deleted the port, and reinstalled the printer with a freshly created port. The only other thing I can think of is to make sure the port is using LPR and not RAW.

I'm having some trouble installing Pixelserv-tls through the menu in AB Solution. I have Entware installed. My DHCP server assigns addresses from 100 to 199 and my NAS is on 250. I tried with the 240 address and get the same error. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions? AB-Solution...
