Rogers ISP as well. Had them come out twice, new modem etc etc. Exchanged Asus router for a new one - same issues. Disabling AiCloud 2.0 has "so far" fixed all issues. I have had a solid connection for 24hrs now. Not sure why ...but it's worked for now.

Since a factory reset the issue has returned - throwing a constant DDNS error. I also noticed when I go to the Amazon Alexa page (initially setup following the factory reset) it now says"Please click here to enable DDNS and Web Access from WAN for remote control." I click it and nothing changes...
