Rogers ISP as well. Had them come out twice, new modem etc etc. Exchanged Asus router for a new one - same issues. Disabling AiCloud 2.0 has "so far" fixed all issues. I have had a solid connection for 24hrs now. Not sure why ...but it's worked for now.

Watching this as I'm having the same issue. Replaced modem twice - had ISP out twice. Returned my AX86U for a new one - still going on.

I've been dealing with the same problem on my AX86U-Pro since the latest update. I've tried everything to troubleshoot. Had the ISP come out, and they even gave me a new modem, but no issues were found on their end. When I remove the AX86U from the setup, unbridge and use the modem directly...

Since a factory reset the issue has returned - throwing a constant DDNS error. I also noticed when I go to the Amazon Alexa page (initially setup following the factory reset) it now says"Please click here to enable DDNS and Web Access from WAN for remote control." I click it and nothing changes...

DDNS Status Inactive DDNS Status: Inactive - however I am using it to access my router???

How would one do that?
