V3.0.0.6.102_34336, Smart Connect disabled, WPS disabled, Guest access disabled, 2.5ghz 20Mhz bandwidth (recent change), Wifi6 disabled, auto control channel, 5.0ghz 20/40/80 bandwidth, Wifi6 disabled, auto control channel. It has now been nearly a year since I installed and configured my new AX86U Pro router and I am still having the problem with devices on 5G not being able to communicate with devices on 2.5G. Hi Marlo, I have exactly the same problem - I replaced my very reliable AC68U with the AX86U Pro about 6 months ago and, to date, this issue has not been fixed. I have tried local ASUS support who suggested router reboot and factory reset. Waste of time - issue is still the same so they told me...- Dotty2913

I am having the same problem. My ASUS laptop (on 5Ghz wifi) will not communicate with our Canon Printer which is on 2.4Ghz and same with another device on our network. I submitted a support request with ASUS and received an extensive email with initial steps to try with settings. This worked...- Dotty2913
