Unexpected Login Screen on Cisco RV042

I'm replacing my consumer grade router with the Cisco RV042. I've configured an external ip address (I have a static IP from my ISP) and an LAN address. I have not enabled remote management. I was surprised that browsing my web server brought up the router login page. I have not configured...
