    Ok I think I finally got this working, Turned on guest network, connected my laptop to it, it shows the IP of guest. the tool shows it under lists clients, also have it connected to ethernet but how do I make sure the ethernet port it working on the same subnet as guest? on the laptop it still...

    ah ok, so you take the guest network and map eth2 or whichever to it....? I thought you just pick the ethernet port from the start

    I just set this up using Proton VPN (internet) and Airvpn as unbound dns. What are your VPN director rules? I put it as 192.168.50.0/24 using VPN 1 which is Proton. And nothing is set to use VPN 5 (Airvpn), that is just setup as unbound outgoing.

    just for clarification, maybe I am just tired (it is!). But does this mean I can have my work laptop plugged into ethernet (instead of wifi guest network) and isolate it so they (my work) can see what I have on my home network?

    Unbound fatal error: cannot prefer and disable ip6, pointless

    All the config is, is using unbound actual code..what does the unbound docs shows on how ipv6 should be setup. mine works fine, I have it set to yes

    Diversion is blocking what it is told at the dns level. My list I have in diversion I got a 94% and with browser based blocking I was at 98%. But it all comes down to do you see ads and are you happy with what you are getting.
