    I'm running 9.0.0.6.102.4856, I wouldn't really want to run a beta software which for some reason Asus pulled.

    I know running the latest beta my traffic analyser stopped working properly, I still keep looking for updates and every month that passes without one makes me wonder if they've got a serious issue some where.

    I wouldn't expect a wired backhaul to have any issue to be honest, however I expect that most people who bought this product did so because they can't use a wired backhaul.

    It isn't the backhaul speed that is the issue but the fact it drops connections.

    I still find it utterly annoying that the primary reason that people choose such a product doesn't work properly and it is taking ASUS ages to fix it

    I've been suffering something that sounds similar, in essence one XT8 is connected to my NAS and my computer is connected to another but during music play back from my NAS via WMP I find it'll stop playing as if it has lost the server temporarily it can also happening during video playback as well.

    I managed to solve it this morning, I reset the system back to factory defaults and instead of using the app to setup I connected my desktop directly to the system and set it up via the Web GUI.     A slight oddity in that the user/password I use via the ASUS Router app to gain access to my system is wrong whenever I enter it on my directly connected PC via the Web Gui, I even simplified the password to try and help so any ideas or help would be appreciated?

    I thought the processor boost tended to be more about the apps such as plex etc than the wireless.

    I guess it could still be a technical problem as well, I mean it just may result in the router having issues elsewhere thus they've not enabled it?
