    Is it normal for an Asus router that when rebooting, the router regenerates a new server/root certificate?

    I reported this problem many times with the Feedback function in the router webUI after any new firmware that came out, but i never got a response from them. 21-03-2025 i did send them a email again on [email protected]

    Because when i install the certificate its goes to the inlog site of the router and after 2 days it expires. See the last pic above its says 19-03-2025.

    The certificate should not expire after 2 days is the subject.

    I downloaded the certificate from the Asus router and installed it in MSEdge. With Google chrome the same problem.

    Yes, but you also see that my connection isnt prived, why does is say 2 jan 2044 but expires after 2 days?

    The HTTPS certificate still expires after 2 days with MS Edge, not fixed. Reported this a few times to Asus support no response.
