I got a brand-new 2019 Model from the shop where I bought the original one as replacement, still the same issue :-( Obviously I'll have to live with that or buy a second 2,4 ghz access point...

I am having exactly the same issue. In one moment 2,4 ghz wifi drops. Shaking the Router helps that it works again, so it seems to be a hardware design failure in this model. I'm already having the third one with exactly the same issue. I repeat: Shaking helps. Maybe someone having this issue...
