    All I can say is a comparison to an old RT-N68U. It is not a fair comparison, but the the range is defiately better with the RT-AX86U, to a point where i dont need a second access point with concrete block walls for mesh for my purposes. If i wanted the high speeds in every part of the house...

    what has a higher 2.4ghz range? asus RT-AC86U, RT-AX86U or RT-5300. The range is my most important feature as i have a location in my house that has a weak/no signal under RT-N66U. IS there noticeable differences ?
