    386.4 problematic for me on my RT-AC5300, reverted back to 386_3_2 I use 5 Asus EA-AC87 Media Bridges for my various security cameras at my premises. Lost all connectivity to these bridges for some reason, after reverting all working again.

    Serious problem with 2.4ghz and recent firmware versions?

    At the moment I am running 380_69_2, the new code base for me was useless as far as the 2.4GHz band was concerned. Tried everything and eventually gave up and reverted back to 380_69_2 as it is the most stable for all my 2.4GHz clients.

    Problem with 2.4GHz with both Asus and Merlin 384.x firmware.

    I am having similar issues with my RT-AC5300, have downgraded to 380.69_2 and am staying there for the time being as everything is very stable. I'm sure there is an issue with 2.4GHz with this release and the RT-AC5300.

    Thanks Yorgi, working well for me. I was using PPTP and it was working well with my iPad and iPhone to access my security cameras and automation when away. But since iOS10 Apple does not support PPTP anymore so needed another solution and OpenVPN is working great.

    Thanks so much yorgi, all working for me now, I was connecting before just no internet connectivity, your guide way better than anything on PIA. Have setup my iMac and Synology Diskstation to use the VPN, everything else on local ISP.
